NOMINATION CRITERIA/ELIGIBILITY: Individual being nominated should

Be of Latina/Hispana descent
Be a resident of Lubbock
Demonstrate contributions and outstanding work which benefits the community
Demonstrate community service and leadership skills
Be a positive role model for the community, focusing on Hispanic women and youth.

Nominees should be a woman that has gone beyond the call of duty in their respective areas of expertise, including community volunteer activities and job responsibilities.
